Thursday, Oct. 1 through end of race. Our RV sites measure 20’x30’ (12m x 6m) and are course adjacent, so racers will be able to pit from their RV without having add any distance to their lap.
There are no hook-ups (no water, no electricity, no dump station) so all RV’s must be self-contained. We will have portable toilets and hand washing stations within the RV area to help limit the impact on your RV’s water and sanitation capacity.
RV spaces will become available at 4:00 pm, Thursday, October 1 and all RV’s must be in their spaces by 8:00 pm Friday, October 2nd.
It will not be possible to move any RV’s out until after the race, approximately 2:00pm on October 4. All RV’s MUST leave by 5:00 pm, Sunday, October 4.
DELUXE (NON-RV) PITS – $ 375.00
Our Deluxe Pit includes an assigned space in a prime location in front of the stadium grandstands. Each Deluxe Pit comes with a 10’x10′ (3mx3m) Caravan brand pop-up canopy, 1 overhead light, 2 110v electrical outlets, 1 table 6′ (2m), 2 chairs.
“Keep the Canopy” option – $ 450.00
is also available which means you can take the canopy home with you. These are Caravan brand canopy that measures 10’x10′ (3mx3m) that normally sells retail for $159.
